These Terms of Service govern your use of the GetKeyHub website, purchases of ready-made software from GetKeyHub, supplier or service-provider matching requests, and applications to join our independent third-party network.

By using this website, placing an order, or submitting a request or application, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

1. About GetKeyHub

GetKeyHub is operated in the State of Kuwait under the following company information:

GetKeyHub operates through two distinct activities:

Selling ready-made, non-custom software developed for standard use.
Providing commission-based intermediation between customers and independent third-party suppliers or service providers.

2. Ready-Made Software

GetKeyHub sells qualifying ready-made software directly through its online store.

Software offered by GetKeyHub is developed for general or standard use and is not prepared according to an individual customer’s specifications. GetKeyHub does not offer custom software development under these Terms.

Ready-made software may include licences, subscriptions, downloads, activation credentials, or access rights where clearly described on the relevant product page.

3. Product Information and Compatibility

Before purchasing software, customers are responsible for reviewing:

Product description and included features
Device and operating-system requirements
Account, language, or regional restrictions
Licence type and permitted use
Subscription or licence duration
Delivery method and expected timing
Applicable developer or publisher terms

Third-party trademarks, software, and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

4. Software Orders and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency stated on the website. Customers must provide accurate billing, contact, and delivery information.

Placing an order does not require GetKeyHub to accept it. GetKeyHub may reject or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

Incorrect pricing or product information
Product unavailability
Payment failure
Suspected fraud or unauthorised activity
Legal or compliance requirements

If GetKeyHub cancels a paid order and does not supply the purchased software or an accepted alternative, the affected amount will be refunded according to the Refund Policy and applicable law.

5. Software Delivery

The applicable product page will state how the software is delivered. Delivery may occur through email, the order-confirmation page, account access, or another clearly disclosed method.

Customers must ensure that their email address, account information, and other required details are accurate.

Customers must not unlawfully copy, resell, distribute, transfer, share, reverse-engineer, or misuse software purchased through GetKeyHub.

6. Supplier and Service-Provider Matching

Customers may submit requirements for a lawful product or third-party service.

GetKeyHub reviews matching requests as a commission-based intermediary and may seek potential independent suppliers or service providers.

Submitting a request:

Does not constitute a purchase
Does not guarantee a match
Does not guarantee a quotation, price, availability, or outcome
Does not require GetKeyHub to accept or continue processing the request

GetKeyHub may request additional information or decline requests that are incomplete, unlawful, unsuitable, outside the available network, or otherwise inappropriate.

7. Independent Third-Party Providers

Where a potential match is identified, GetKeyHub may facilitate an introduction between the customer and an independent third-party supplier or service provider.

Unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise, the third-party provider—not GetKeyHub—is responsible for:

Its quotation and pricing
Product specifications or service scope
Required licences, permits, and professional qualifications
Contractual terms
Payment arrangements
Delivery and performance
Warranties, returns, cancellations, and refunds
After-sales support
Taxes and legal obligations

Customers should independently review the provider’s identity, qualifications, quotation, scope, terms, and relevant documentation before proceeding.

An introduction by GetKeyHub does not constitute an endorsement, certification, warranty, or guarantee of the third party.

8. Commission-Based Intermediation

GetKeyHub may receive a commission in connection with an introduction or transaction involving an independent supplier or service provider.

The applicable commercial arrangement may be agreed with the supplier, service provider, customer, or another relevant party, depending on the transaction.

GetKeyHub’s commission-based role does not make GetKeyHub the manufacturer, supplier, employer, contractor, or direct provider of the third-party product or service.

9. Supplier and Provider Applications

Independent suppliers and service providers may apply for consideration in GetKeyHub’s network.

Submitting an application or being included in the network does not guarantee:

Acceptance
Referrals or introductions
Sales or projects
Exclusivity
Any minimum business volume

Applicants remain responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining all registrations, licences, permits, qualifications, insurance, and approvals required for their activities.

Use of the word “partner” on the website does not, by itself, create a legal partnership, employment relationship, joint venture, or authority to represent GetKeyHub.

10. Customer and User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Use the website only for lawful purposes
Review product information and third-party quotations before proceeding
Comply with software licence conditions and applicable laws
Avoid fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or unauthorised activity
Avoid interfering with the website’s operation or security
Avoid submitting content that infringes another party’s rights

GetKeyHub may refuse service, cancel an order, or stop processing a request where reasonably necessary to prevent misuse or comply with applicable law.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the GetKeyHub name, logo, branding, website design, original written content, and original graphics belong to GetKeyHub or are used with permission.

They may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without prior permission.

Software, trademarks, content, and other materials belonging to third parties remain subject to their respective owners’ rights and terms.

12. Website Information and Availability

GetKeyHub aims to keep website information accurate and the website reasonably available. However, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

Product availability, pricing, website features, and network availability may change. GetKeyHub may correct errors, update information, suspend features, or discontinue an offering where reasonably necessary and permitted by law.

13. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations for ready-made software purchased directly from GetKeyHub are governed by the GetKeyHub Refund Policy and applicable law.

Refunds, cancellations, warranties, or returns relating to a transaction concluded with an independent third-party provider are governed by that provider’s agreement, policies, and applicable law.

14. Limitation of Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, GetKeyHub is not responsible for losses caused by:

A customer’s failure to review disclosed software requirements or restrictions
Unauthorised or unlawful use of purchased software
Inaccurate information submitted by a user
The independent acts, omissions, delays, products, or services of a third-party provider
Agreements made directly between a customer and third-party provider

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

15. Privacy

Personal information is handled according to the GetKeyHub Privacy Policy and applicable laws and regulations.

Information submitted in a matching request or network application may be reviewed for the relevant request and may be shared with potential third parties where necessary to facilitate a requested introduction, subject to the Privacy Policy.

16. Changes to These Terms

GetKeyHub may update these Terms when its website, operations, legal requirements, or commercial arrangements change.

The latest version will be published on the website with an updated revision date. Changes do not remove rights that have already arisen under applicable law.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the State of Kuwait.

Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the State of Kuwait unless applicable law requires otherwise.
